"Child Protectors" Overdo It

As usual. This happened in Sweden, but it could (and does) happen here. “Child Protectors” are the same, the world over. But it is kept quiet so we won't know about it. They stole this child because he was being home schooled. That, and ONLY that, was the reason, even if they recently added the fact that he has an unfilled cavity and hadn't had a vaccination, both “put-up accusations that could have been handled (if they're even true) without stealing the child and keeping him for what amounts to HALF his life up to now. They actually stopped an airplane from taking off to steal this child, and have now had SEVEN YEARS to “brainwash” him in their way of thinking. They didn't want him to be home schooled (which is legal in Sweden) because they wouldn't be able to control him in later life. The “child protectors” took my son's two boys and kept them for THREE ye ars, with no charges ever being filed against him. They scammed him out of money several times while they were in their “custody” and, even after they were returned, they charged him MORE money to “reimburse them” for the expense of their “incarceration.” We need to do something about this illegal and overbearing bunch. They SAY what they do is not criminal action, so the Constitution doesn't control their actions. But what they do constitutes “cruel and unusual punishment,” mostly of people (like my son) who are innocent of any wrongdoing. (World Net Daily)

Harbinger of Things to Come

Sheriff's deputies conned the parents of seven home-schooled children outside, then presented them with a search warrant, based on a “:report” that they “allowed their kids to run around outside barefoot.” Then, when they found a substance not “approved” by the government (that was designed to purify water and was used for that purpose) they TOOK the children, “for their own protection.” But you and I know the REAL reason. They needed an EXCUSE to kidnap these children, who will probably end up “adopted” by another family and CPS will get $4,500 to $6,000.00 EACH from the feds as an “adoption fee,” after getting various fees paid for every day they are “in custody.” All this on a “trumped up” reason. Teaching The Wrong Thing

Children more often grew up to be responsible citizens back when we were allowed to properly punish them when they did bad things. It certainly worked with me, when my dad whipped me with a short section of air hose a couple of times (he only needed one or two times before I never again did anything to warrant it). But today, kids are being taught that if they didn’t like how they were punished, all they had to do was “drop a dime” on their parents and their parents to CPS and they will be punished for the way they punished THEM. They’re teaching us NEVER to use corporal punishment on our kids. And when those kids predictably get into trouble, they want to punish US! Now a football player’s career is threatened when he is charged with a CRIME for doing what many of our grandparents did to “keep us in line.” Whipping his child with a TWIG may END his football career and cost him MILLIONS of dollars because of the wimpy “system” we have today. Happy Fourth!

Well, we’ve reached another Fourth of July. But how much longer will we be “allowed” to celebrate this important date in our history with such as Obama in power? He has already stated his opinion that “we didn’t need a revolution” to get free of England. What kind of STUPID PILLS has he been taking? Anyway, let’s celebrate it as long as we can. I’m taking the day off. You’ve probably noticed that I’m now posting 7 days a week and in FOUR blogs instead of three. That’s because I’m no longer able to do the job I was paid to do and had to quit. Now ALL my work is FREE. You can find my books on Amazon or Barnes & Noble. I may even write another one. I know I don't post too often here, but SIX blogs is a lot. I only post here when I see something really egregious the "child protectors" have done. I wish I were younger and had enough energy to post every day in all my  blogs.

Rember Baby Sammy?

The baby who needed heart surgery and was being given the wrong medicine by one hospital, and the parents had the temerity to ask for a second opinion, causing the cops to unconstitutionally come into their home with guns drawn or with their hands on their guns, only to take the child to another hospital which did operate on the child? They brought the “child protectors” with them, who would tell them nothing, claiming this very calm and collected mother she was “not rational” at that time, when she WAS. This is how the “child protectors” operate. They claim things that do not exist in order to maintain their illegal power. The child is now home and the “child protectors” have been forced to “back off.” Wiser heads prevailed. (Info Wars)

School Goes Into Spasms Over Nerf Gun

In a typical example of the STUPIDITY of today’s “school officials,” a ”worker” overheard two students talking about a “gun” and panic ensued. The school was “locked down” and a search ensued. They found that “dastardly weapon” and it was a “Nerf gun” the kids were playing with. After the panic was over, the “school officials” said the child MAY be punished for “bringing a gun to school.” This reminds me of the panic at another school, caused by a child chewing a “PopTart” into the shape of a gun. Predictably, the “authorities” panicked, the school was shut down, a search was done and the errant Pop Tart was found. Red faced “officials” there said, again predictably, that the “dastardly villain,” the child with the destructive teeth, would be suspended. Sometimes I think these kids do these things on purpose to get a “day off” from school, since they are aware of the stupidity of these “officials” and they can “play them like violins. Looks like the kids ARE smarter than the “school officials.” (NY Daily News)

5-Year-Old Called Terrorist!

This is what we’ve come to with ignorant liberals “in control.” A FIVE-YEAR-OLD GIRL is suspended from school and labeled a “terrorist” after speaking out in favor of “Hello Kitty” bubble gum. “Elementary-age children are apparently the newest terrorist threat in America today, as an increasing number of them are being indicted as criminals for playing with, or even just talking about, plastic toy guns at government-run public schools. One of the most recent victims to endure the wrath of the out-of-control, politically-correct police state nightmare that is taking over America is a five-year-old girl from Mount Carmel Area Elementary School in Central Pennsylvania who was recently suspended and accused of being a terrorist for the crime of talking about playing with a plastic, Hello Kitty bubble-making "gun" toy with her friends.” What kind of TWISTED THINKING could cause an “otherwise intelligent” school official to suspend her and label her as a “terrorist” for TALKING about a "Hello Kitty" bubble gun. This so-called” school official should be fired for STUPIDITY. The PC Police have taken over in our schools, assisted by fool “officials.” (Patriot Action Network)

Child Deaths "In Custody"

The “child protection services” ought to be called the “legal child murderers.” In the years from 2007 to 2012, 72 children died while under CPS “investigation.” I don’t know how many more children died WITHOUT CPS “investigations,” but I’d bet it was a lot less. CPS are SUPPOSED to be “protecting children,” but they seem to be KILLING more children than they save. Further, there are children hurt while under “CPS investigation” than in any other situation. Meanwhile, they ruin the lives of COUNTLESS families with their heavy-handed, unconstitutional “investigations,” in which they use methods the Nazis would have loved. At the same time, a MAJORITY of “investigations,” after all the depredations committed by CPS, are later judged “unfounded.” (Just common sense)

Left Pushing Pedopilia

Don’t laugh. Don’t say it will never happen. Many people said this country would never make homosexuality legal, but it has not only made it “mainstream,” it has made criticizing it bigotry by the simple mechanism of CALLING IT that over and over. When it was first suggested, it was poo-poohed. Now it is LAW. And it could happen with pedophilia, too because there are a lot of people pushing MAKING screwing little children legal and “main stream.” Children haven’t been on this Earth long enough to know how WRONG it is (They’ll call me bigoted for that true statement) I think many of the people pushing it are themselves, pedophiles. If they can call me names, I can call them names, too. It’s not bigotry to call a pedophile wrong, it’s the simple truth. The child might not know it’s wrong, but the “grownup” ought to. Beating It to Death

I know the mass shooting in Connecticut is a major tragedy, having ended so many lives, particularly of those small children who can’t have done ANYTHING to have hurt the shooter. But, as with the Columbine shooting and all the others, the news media “beats it to death” until we are TIRED of hearing about every belch uttered by ANYBODY that has ANY connection to the shootings. Three days after the Connecticut shooting (as this is written), I STILL can’t avoid more and more stories about really tiny things connected with it on every station I turn to. It’s disgusting. It’s as if there isn’t any other news in the world. Some of those shooters do it for the notoriety involved, and the fact that the media "beats it to death" makes them very happy. It's now Christmas day and there have been several more mass shootings since, including the one in New York, where a guy set a house on fire to draw firemen, then opened fire on them, killing two, before he killed himself and most likely his own sister, as well. I don't know who he is, and I don't care. On that somber note, I want to wish everybody a MERRY CHRISTMAS! None of that "Happy Holidays" crap here. Any celebration of the birthday of Jesus Christ ought to carry His name, whether you believe or not. This will be the only post today, as I celebrate Christmas with my family. (Just common sense)

Ending With A Big Lie

Obama has ended his presidential re-election campaign with one of the biggest LIES I’ve ever heard him tell. We all know he has spent more money than there IS and gotten nothing for it. That our unemployment numbers are as high as they’ve EVER been; that MILLIONS are out of work and are losing their cars, houses, and other things that are important to them: that the real estate market is DOWN; people are SUFFERING from the effect of his ignorant policies and he DID NOT "save" the auto industry. GM is still on the brink of bankruptcy He says he created 5 MILLION jobs. WHERE? WHEN? That might sound good when he says it, but it's not enough to even KEEP UP with the birth rate.That in the midst of a big oil crisis, he has made policies GUARANTEEING we will be dependent on people who HATE us for our oil, for years to come. Then he runs an ad saying, “We’ve tried our way and it has worked!” WORKED? When and WHERE? I haven’t seen a single idea he’s tried that worked (If anybody can show me one I’ll be grateful). “We tried their way and it DIDN’T work.” WHEN and WHERE did they EVER “try their way? He shut Republicans OUT  of every important decision. He says, “We won two wars in the Middle East.” WHEN? WHERE? We RAN from both Iran and Afghanistan! Then he said, “We brought our troops home.” Right; we did it by “running for the hills” while the terrorists were blowing up our consulate and MURDERING our diplomats. Obama LIES bigger and bigger every day. I thought he was a FOOL when he claimed to be able to “lower the sea level,” but nobody ever took that seriously. I’ll tell you what, folks’ if you give him another four years to screw us even more, you’re FOOLS and deserve the biggest FOOL to ever occupy the White House and what that will bring you.. Misplaced Priorities

Many Americans claim they have “other priorities” than keeping track of what their politicians are doing to them. Many keep track of EVERY MOVE of their favorite football or basketball player. They know how many times that player has the ball in his hands and what he does with it each time and they can recite the figures to you ad nauseum from memory,. But they don’t have time to know what their politicians are doing to them. Thus, those politicians are screwing them royally every day and these Americans don’t even know it. So they vote those politicians back into office, time and time again and wonder why their money is worth less every day. They wonder why their “tax bite” is getting bigger and bigger every year as politicians tax them more and more to pay for their “giveaway programs.” They wonder why they can't seem to do ANYTHING these days without going to a bureaucrat, "hat in hand," and ask permission to do things they have always had the RIGHT to do without question.

My own SON is more interested in how many bucks he can make than in what Obama does to him with his socialistic policies (which is okay, but he should do both). We have the opportunity tomorrow to do what the Russian people DIDN’T do when Vladmir Lenin was solidifying his power. We can vote Barack Obama OUT and GET RID of him. Will we? Only time will tell. But if we vote to keep our own “Vladmir Lenin” in office tomorrow, how many years will we have to suffer under a socialist government that sucks all that is good out of us as the Russian people have suffered under 75 years of a socialist (Union of Soviet SOCIALIST Republics) government that remains until this day SUPPOSEDLY under a “no longer communist government” with the SAME PEOPLE running things now as then who SAY “they’re no longer communists.”

We need to WAKE UP and get these socialists (Democrats) out of office and take our country BACK from those who would ENSLAVE us. THINK, people! Do you WANT a socialist government that sucks the good out of every man and woman who becomes  dependent on government for their very daily bread and thus MUST “follow orders” as to how to live their lives? Do you WANT to have to live life as some nameless, faceless bureaucrat tells you to live it? Or do you want to be free to make your own decisions and have the INCENTIVE to do your best? Socialism DESTROYS incentive because who wants to work for anything if the GOVERNMENT will take it away from them to pay for somebody else's needs? The only problem is, it only "takes care of them" at a SUBSISTENCE level. All while those who are still able and WILLING to WORK under these conditions pay the bills (as long as they continue to work under a system that robs them). Soon they will figure out that they are BEING suckered and robbed and will join the ranks of those wanting the GOVERNMENT to "take care of them" and there will BE no money for the GOVERNMENT to use to pay the bills for everybody. "Authorities" Take Newborn From Hospital (Again)

All day hospital people have been giving this mother conflicting information about her baby, then denying they did it. They had been doing things to that baby not allowed without parental consent. A social worker has been threatening to “take the baby” if she did not agree to things they would not answer her questions about. “Put yourself in Jodi’s shoes at this moment. You gave birth that morning in an ambulance. The hospital has made wild and conflicting claims about your baby’s health all day long. You are exhausted. You are in pain. Your husband has gone to check on your children. And a social worker who has threatened to take your baby into police custody is standing in your hospital room demanding that you make an immediate decision.” What would you do? I’d take the baby and leave. But with today’s “child protectors” that would make me a lawbreaker. They can’t say what law, but the police would back them to the hilt. “Damn the torpedoes, full speed ahead!” So the cops ended up taking the baby on the basis of the social worker’s claims. They claimed (a lie) that the child was suffering from illness or injury, which gave them the right to take the child.

When a judicial officer finally came and heard the case after the parents had been summarily thrown out of the hospital, he (she?) returned custody of the child to her parents. Social workers these days tend to take in a lot more territory than they are entitled to, and the police back them to the hilt, no matter WHAT the law says. And they get away with it until REAL lawyers and judges can intervene. This is a travesty for somebody like Jodi to be subjected to this while going through the pain of childbirth. I wish I could say this is an unusual story; I cannot. It happens every day, all over the country. We need to put a stop to the overreaction of social workers (“child protectors”) backed up by cops who don’t know they are breaking the laws they are supposed to be enforcing. There should be a law passed REQUIRING them to show the law they’re enforcing on demand, BEFORE any action can be taken. They should also be required to recite something like a “Miranda Warning” before any action can be taken. Do you think that will ever happen? Doubtful. (HSLDA)

SWAT "Takes Down" Mom

For refusing to give her daughter anti-psychotic drugs which she refused to do because they made the girl sick. Apparently the “medical police” (and the CPS) think a doctor’s prescription is tantamount to an order from a judge. That individuals no longer have the right to refuse medication. When she refused to allow CPS to kidnap her daughter, they called in SWAT, who broke down her door without a warrant of any kind, using masked men bristling with guns. They say she “opened fire” on them, which is her right when masked, armed men break down her door. After a long standoff, they finally arrested her and took her daughter, and the girl is now being molested in the care of CPS. The mother now faces many felony charges for firing back at the cops. Apparently it’s illegal to defend yourself when the assaulters are cops. Whether or not they are legally breaking in. She's lucky the cops were lousy shots. She could have been dead. You should know that CPS lied about the father’s ability to care for the daughter as a ploy to gain the cooperation of the cops. This is what it’s coming to now, folks. You won’t read about this in the liberal press. They like to keep such stories as “one-off” local stories to keep the world from realizing what they do. (Natural News)

Child Protectors Just "Snatch" Children

They SAY there is “evidence” of “psychological issues” they can’t detail or describe. But that didn’t stop them from just TAKING the children because they are being “home schooled." Authorities even fined the parents $5,000 for home schooling them in the past. Of course, this happened in Sweden where the laws are different. But evidence shows that our own “child protectors” operate the same way and are ALLOWED to do so. And have done so many times in the past. They CLAIM their activities are “civil,” not criminal, and thus constitutional protections don’t apply.

But that’s just a dodge that allows them to operate “extra-constitutionally” in their efforts to collect the myriad “fees” the feds give them at every point in “the process,” from the FIRST DAY after they “snatch” a child until they are either returned to their parents or adopted out. They have a very definite conflict of interest here, in that they PROFIT ($4.500 to $6,000 each) from severing parental rights and manage to adopt the children out. Meanwhile they get “fees” for every day those children are “in the system.” It is to their monetary advantage to delay the return of the children as long as they can.They collect a fee if the child is "in the system" ONE DAY. It's a simple moneymaking scam.

With my own children more than 35 years ago, they stalled and stalled, lying (having NOTHING for which to keep them) about the dates of hearings, and finally succeeding in severing my parental rights by doing so. I was never charged with ANYTHING, but they kept the kids anyway, collecting I don’t know how much in “interim fees” and the final $12,000 [$6,000 each] they collected for adopting them out (I have not seen, nor heard from or about them since. I don’t know if they’re alive or dead. CPS wouldn’t tell me, anyway). $12, 000 because they were “declared” special needs kids—which is not unusual after being removed from their loving home and being “passed around” among foster homes for years while being brainwashed by CPS about how lousy their parents are. What child would NOT be “special needs” child after that? (World Net Daily)

Why Do Child Protectors Kill So Many Kids?

There is an entire web site devoted specifically to the deaths of CHILDREN while in the “care” of the “child protectors.” The numbers are a lot bigger than those of children who are killed by their own parents. This site not only notes their deaths, they show pictures of these (formerly) adorable children. What frightens me is that many of these children’s parents don’t even know their children are dead because “Children’s Services” don’t tell them. When they lied and conned me out of two of my children, they cut off ALL contact for me. They might as well have been DEAD. Maybe they ARE. I have neither seen, nor heard from them since the oldest was six. With NO charges against ME. (Suncanaa)

Who's Watching the "Child Protectors?"

“A 36-year-old Quebec mother has an idea that has been kicked around in this column in the past. She believes child protectors have too much power to be without public overview, and a review board similar to those in police services is needed.” (Ottowa Citizen) She’s right. If what they did to me more than 30 years ago is any indication, she’s MORE than right. They took my two boys from my wife (while I was out of state), charging HER with “criminal child abuse.” They couldn’t prove it, and had NO charges, of any kind, against me. But they kept thwe kids, anyway. They used subterfuge and skullduggery to deny me custody of MY OWN children. Then they lied about the date of the hearing to sever my parental rights until one day I didn’t make it to one of the hearings, at which they severed my parental rights and put my boys up for adoption. This after postponing this meeting time after time when I DID show up This netted them $12,000.00 in federal fees for TWO adoptions. They are even more brazen now, and have even LESS “oversight.” (Equal Justice)

Merry Christmas Again!

You can’t say it often enough. I said it the other day, and now I say it again. “The PC Police” can take it and stick it. This day is dedicated to the birth of Jesus Christ, whether or not you believe in him. It’s the religion of Christians, and reference to it should NEVER “offend” anyone. I am not offended by reference to the symbols of other religions, and I should not be. And members of other religions should not be “offended” by references to someone else’s. Especially Muslims, whose “Holy Book” tells them to KILL anybody who does not believe exactly the same way they do. Today’s Christianity does not, even if they can find an obscure passage in the Old Testament that might be read in such a way that some people might think it does. In any case, it is not a “guiding principle” to Christians. Some non-Christians seem to think they can stop Christians from making reference to their religion by wishing people “Merry Christmas” on this day. They’re wrong, even if some liberal courts disagree. They misread the Constitution to say that government and religion should be separate. That’s wrong. There is NOTHING in the Constitution saying that. So I say again, “Merry Christmas to all!” No matter what your religion. This will be the only post today, as I will be spending time with my family. Merry Christmas Everybody!

Some people are “offended” by the words, “Merry Christmas." They can go to hell. I will not accede to the demands of the “PC Police” and say “Happy Holidays” instead of “Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.” Why should I care if atheists, some Jews, Islamics, and followers of other religions don’t like it when I wish them a Merry Christmas? This is a country FOUNDED by Christians and, in which most powerful posts are still held by people who at least SAY they’re Christians. If that offends some people, too bad! I don’t care. Most Jews don’t “get offended” by it, and they don’t try and kill Christianity in a Christian country. So I say, “Merry Christmas,” people, and anybody who gets “offended” by this can go to hell. Take Kids Because of "Oath Keepers"

The “child protectors” have done it again! They’ve taken a man’s children because he was a member of the “Oath Keepers,” an organization that insists that government employees KEEP the oaths they took. What the hell is wrong with that:? The “child protectors” will use ANYTHING they can to support their unconstitutional and illegal “taking” of people’s children. They falsely told my own mother the wrong date for a hearing on taking my own children more than 30 years ago after I dutifully showed up at hearing after hearing, only to have it postponed. They had NOTHING they could show against me, but used the fact I didn’t show up for that last hearing as an excuse to take my two boys, anyway. I haven’t seen, nor spoken to them since, even though I was found guilty of NOTHING. They LIED, then took my children, for NO REASON. Is it any wonder I hate the very ground these evil people walk on? (Oath Keepers)
