We Don't Always Lose

One Father in Missouri that the Missouri VOCAL (Victims of Child Protection Laws) organization worked with finally got to see his son after SEVEN YEARS “in the system.” A baby sitter falsely accused this father of sexually abusing his then 4-year-old child. But the child (whose “coaching” apparently didn’t “take,”) said nothing of the sort ever happened. The charges were eventually dropped, but that meant nothing to the “child protectors,” who viewed him as guilty even though he was acquitted (they just couldn't prove it). CPS kept the son, and his behavior kept getting worse until he was finally imprisoned in “Boy’s Town,” where the father is now able to visit him. This resulted in the boy’s behavior improving. The “child protectors” did irreparable damage to this boy (and his father) but will never admit it, although they are now talking about letting him go home with his father. (This story came from VOCAL of Missouri)

My ex sister in law, Valerie Windsor of Denville NJ made a false claim to the Division of Youth and Family Svcs that I told her "God is telling me to kill my children" when what I really said was that I sometimes regretted bringing innocent life in this world. She cannot have kids of her own and her brother lost custody (which I gave him in the divorce) because of heroin use, so Valerie found the perfect opportunity to have "kids of her own"... mine and her brothers. Now she is after me for $47,000 in child support. I am trying to sign on to any class action law suit brought against any child protective services agency in any state, but particularly Valerie's state, New Jersey and the DYFS. My case is in appellate court right now because California gave me the right to contest this matter. New Jersey never allowed me to confront my (false) accuser in court which is a 4th ammendment violation. I reccommend a book called Other People's Children (can be checked out in library) written about this very matter. Is there a lawyer out there willing to sue for us???
