CPS Out of Control
Wal-Mart employees reported what MIGHT have been child porn when they saw pictures of a naked child in a bathtub, taken by their parents while on vacation. They did it because they MIGHT have been included under the law that FORCES people who regularly come in contact with children to report ANY possibility of child abuse or be in trouble themselves (Under the Child Abuse & Neglect Reporting Act [fed. legislation passed in 1974]), Which is okay, if the “child protectors” didn’t take this and “run with it,” taking the children from their parents on the “off chance” the pictures, which were innocent pictures like most parents take of their kids, MIGHT be child sex abuse. It wasn’t. But the “child protectors, who have “dirty minds,” took the children anyway, and kept them for a month, collecting a “fee” from the feds for every day they were “in the system.” (Under the Child Abuse Prevention And Treatment Act of 1974 (CAPTA). When they finally came to their senses, they returned the kids (though they usually keep them and put them up for adoption, abuse or not, and collect $4,500 to $6,000), but probably charged the parents thousands of dollars for “the cost of foster care” which they neither wanted, nor asked for. That’s how CPS makes their money. I wish I could say this is an unusual occurrence. I can't. It is common. (Denver Examiner)

Thank you for your article. In my case, my ex sister in law, who is barren, sterile, and cannot have children of her own, made a false claim to the Division of Youth and Family Services that I once told her "Go is telling me to kill my children". She got custody (Because her brother is a heroin addict0. What I really said was that I sometimes regretted brining innocent life into this world. Her name is Valerie Windsor in Denville NJ. I am looking for info on any class action lawsuit brought against DYFS (Division of Youth and Family Services.) Valerie is tring to collect $47,000 from me in child support. My case is in appellate court now. NJ never gave me the right to confront my accuser in court (4th ammendment). California gave me the right to dispute her claims. deborah.khora@yahoo.com
Deborah: I'm sorry, but all I can do is forewarn you as to their tactics, scams, and schemes so you will know how to deal with them, as we (my son and I) did when they came after his kids. I have no resources to use in helping you further. Taking your children on the unsupported word of somebody is a common scam for them and all you can do is get it out of THEIR courts and into one that isn't in their pocket. Most lawyers do SOME pro-bono work, but you'll have to research them yourself to find one that has the guts to go after the "child protectors" and the experience in that field to make it stick. I wish I had a ready list of them, but I don't.
